I've had this concept in my head for a while now, and I finally got off my lazy bum and visualized it. Hit the jump to see more.
Above is a quick rendering I made in Photoshop. MacBook Pro meets iMac. The screen would be able to detach, and stand upright on the desk with an integrated stand. Furthermore, the "tower" would be able to drive multiple screens wirelessly, so each person in the house would be able to have their own desktop without all the added bulk of the tower.
