I wasn't digging the original, so I went back to the drawing board. This is what I have done so far. Hit the jump to see the whole thing.

    Love the side buttons. An idea i've had is that the apple logo at the back, and the home button have some sort of lighting functionality. So whenever you have a new notification, the home button will slightly light up and down (like when a macbook is in Sleep mode"
